What happens next?

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your card number via email, allowing you to use it before arriving in Bucharest.
  • You will still need to meet us in person upon arrival to pick up your physical card (you can find us at our events, let us know).
  • Please bring a small, printed passport-style photo with you for your card.

What is the ESNcard and who is it for?

The ESNcard is the official membership card of the Erasmus Student Network. Its primary purpose is to support international exchange students and trainees, providing them with various affordable opportunities.

  • International Perks: Partner discounts on travel (Ryanair, FlixBus), accommodation, food, bars, and sports.
  • Local Experience: Discounted access to ESN UniBucharest trips and events.
Do I need to apply online in advance?

Yes, applying online through this webform is strictly required.

Manual Verification: Because our volunteers verify your documents and submitted information manually, we cannot provide a card for you without a webform submission.
When and how do I receive my card number?

How quickly you receive your card number depends on the payment option selected on the form:

  • Pay Now (Online) As soon as the payment is verified, our team will send an email containing the card number. Make sure to follow the payment instructions provided in the form.
  • Pay Later (Cash) Your card number is assigned and handed to you in person after you pay the fee upon meeting our team in Bucharest.
When and where do I pick up my physical card?

You can collect your card in person during any of our events. Just contact us and let us know that you are coming to claim it; we will prepare a card for you.

What do I need to bring to pickup?

Please make sure to have these items ready when meeting us:

  • Printed Passport Photo: You must bring a small, printed passport-style photo with you for your card.
  • Cash (RON): Only required if you selected the "Pay in Bucharest" option (100 RON).
