Mandate proposals: Rewarding volunteers, promoting the ESNcard, keeping track of the budget and expenses in a transparent and efficient manner. Strengths: Sociability, teamwork, attention to detail, passion for what I do. Weaknesses: Procrastination, perfectionism (a little too much).

Secretary GeneralHi! I'm Viki, your new Secretary General at ESN UniBucharest. My role is about keeping things organized behind the scenes: meeting notes, documents, contracts, and making sure our section runs smoothly and by the book. I also want to bring our internal regulations (our ROI and Code of Conduct) into the spotlight in a fun, easy way; think quick fun facts at our meetings; so every volunteer knows what our values and rules are, without it feeling like homework. Excited to keep supporting this community!
