Want to get your ESNcard quick and easy? You've come to the right place!

Fill in this form in two minutes - our treasurer will create your ESNcard once you pay and send you your card's number so that you can use it even before arriving to Bucharest.

Your first name (given name), exactly as it appears in your ID.
Your middle names, as they appear in the ID, if you have any.
Your last name, as it appears in your ID.
Your birthdate. We need to know this information for your ESNcard.
Choose your nationality from this list.
The University where you will be studying during your study mobility.
A document that certifies your status as an Erasmus student at the chosen university. We need this so that we can confirm your status and therefore register your ESNcard.

My University is not on the list!

If your university is not on the list, that most likely means you will study at one of the following:

  • Academy of Economic Studies (ASE
  • National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA)
  • The Technical University of Civil Engineering (UTCB)
  • Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMFCD)

If your university belongs to this list, then we kindly ask you to contact our colleagues at ESN ASE-CMP, who will gladly help you out to receive your ESNcard. You can find them here.

How can I use the ESNcard for discounts?

How can I pay for the ESNcard?

You have two options, you may either pay for the ESNcard in Bucharest, or pay online, either through the Revolut app, or through a Bank Transfer. If you choose to pay online, you will receive your ESNcard number right after payment is confirmed, and you will be able to use it for discounts even before coming to Bucharest!

Where can I pick up my ESNcard?

On the 26th of February, meet us at the Welcome Day, where you'll be able to pay for (if you haven't already) and receive your ESNcard. More information about the location of the Welcome Day will be announced soon, on the website and on our social media. If you'll miss the event, directly contact us through our contact form and our treasurer will make sure you receive your card.
