If asked "Is Erasmus a waste of European funds or a life-changing experience", what would YOU reply?

In the final event of SocialErasmus week, we invite you to discuss about the matter you are a part of – Erasmus!

The programme is named after the Dutch philosopher Desiderius Erasmus of Rotterdam. He worked and lived in many different places in Europe to increase his knowledge and get new perspectives, which is the main idea and milestone behind the Erasmus. The programme is partially financed by European grants.

However, some critics claim that there is no real benefit in sending European students to other countries, since they often take this time abroad as a paid holiday, where they learn little and party loads thanks to the public money.

We want to know what you think about this! ►Is Erasmus a waste of European funds or a life-changing experience?◄ Come and share your insights!
